Semarang, May 22, 2026 — Diponegoro University (UNDIP) has officially opened applications for Single Tuition Fee (UKT) adjustments for Undergraduate and Diploma students for the 2026/2027 Odd Semester. The policy was announced through Rector’s Letter No. 832/UN7.A/KU/V/2026, providing students with an opportunity to seek tuition adjustments based on their current financial circumstances.
The program is implemented in accordance with Rector Regulation No. 9 of 2021 concerning the management of UKT at UNDIP. Through this initiative, the university aims to support students facing economic challenges while ensuring continued access to higher education.
Students may apply for several forms of tuition adjustment, including:
- Adjustment to a higher UKT category;
- Adjustment to a lower UKT category;
- UKT reduction;
- UKT exemption;
- Installment payment arrangements;
- Payment deferment; and
- Other forms of adjustment as determined by the Rector.
The schedule for the UKT adjustment process is as follows:

Students who are declared graduates after that date may receive a 50 percent refund, provided that they enroll in no more than six credit units (SKS).
The UKT adjustment policy reflects UNDIP’s commitment to promoting equitable access to higher education and supporting students in maintaining their academic progress amid changing economic conditions. By providing flexible tuition arrangements, the university seeks to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder students from completing their studies successfully.
