Semarang, May 12, 2026 – Diponegoro University together with SMAN 3 Semarang officially signed and approved the cooperation in order to strengthen education and community service through the Employer Meeting / Community Service with the Alumni Equity Program which was held at SMAN 3 Semarang, Tuesday (12/5).

This activity carries the theme “Undip Moves with Alumni – to Develop a Resilient Indonesian Golden Generation through the Assistance of Talented Professors”. The program is a form of strategic collaboration between universities and high schools in preparing Indonesia’s young generation to be superior, resilient, and globally competitive.
This community service program was chaired by Prof. Dra. Indah Susilowati with a team consisting of Prof. Dr. Nugroho SBM, Prof. Sucihatingsih DW Prajanti, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ngatindriatun, Prof. Waridin, Prof. Bambang WHEP, Prof. Fifiana Wisnaeni, Dr. Amiek Soemarmi, and Dr. Hapsari Kusumawardhani.
Meanwhile, the school was represented by the Principal of SMAN 3 Semarang, Rusmiyanto. This activity also involved assistant lecturers and assistant professors, namely Jubakti Anggoro, Zulfikar, Grace, Nur Shafika, and Ika who also supported the implementation of the program and coordination of activities.
The signing of this collaboration was carried out as an effort to strengthen the educational synergy between campuses and schools through academic mentoring programs, character development, educational motivation, and strengthening the capacity of the younger generation through the direct involvement of professors and alumni.

In her remarks, Prof. Indah Susilowati said that this program is expected to be a forum for sustainable collaboration in building the quality of Indonesia’s young generation.
“Through the collaboration between UNDIP, alumni, and SMA 3, we hope to provide assistance and motivation to students to have a passion for learning, global insight, and strong character as Indonesia’s golden generation in the future,” he said.
Through this activity, UNDIP hopes to make a real contribution in supporting the improvement of the quality of community education while expanding the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the field of community service.
This collaboration is also a tangible form of involvement of Equity Program alumni in supporting the vision of developing Indonesia’s human resources that are superior, resilient, and globally competitive. With this collaboration, it is hoped that various sustainable programs will be created that are able to provide direct benefits to students and the world of education in Indonesia.
