The S1 Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University appeals to all students to pay attention to the July 2026 Academic Calendar as a guideline in preparing various academic agendas at the beginning of the semester. This calendar contains a number of important schedules related to academic administration, student activities, to the implementation of graduation and Real Work Lectures (KKN). By understanding each stage that has been set, students are expected to be able to manage time and fulfill all academic obligations on time.
Some of the main agendas that need attention include the payment of old student UKT which takes place on July 1–August 9, 2026, followed by re-registration and academic registration (IRS filling) on July 2-August 10, 2026. In addition, there is a deadline for registration for the 183rd Graduation on July 3, 2026, the deadline for applying for a transfer of studies on July 17, 2026, as well as a series of graduation preparations and rehearsals that will be held on July 21-24, 2026 before the 183rd Graduation procession which is scheduled to take place on July 27-31, 2026 at the Muladi Dome.
For students participating in KKN Team II, the academic calendar also includes the KKN Participant Release Ceremony on July 7, 2026, which is then followed by KKN field activities from July 8 to August 19, 2026. Meanwhile, Diponegoro University will also hold a number of other institutional agendas, such as the Inauguration of Professors Phase 2 on July 6-10, 2026 and Purna Adi Cendekia Phase 2 on July 13-14, 2026 as part of a series of university academic activities.
Through the publication of this academic calendar, the S1 Economics Study Program FEB UNDIP invites all students to be more disciplined in managing schedules, preparing for administration from an early age, and making the best use of each academic stage. Make sure all important agendas have been recorded so that the study process can run smoothly and in accordance with the academic calendar of Diponegoro University.
